Returns and Refund Policy

At Styled By Scripture, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made products. As a print-on-demand company, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that we do not support returns or exchanges if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please reach out to our team via the contact us form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. If your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) displaying all affected items in one frame may be required for confirmation.

Exceptions and Limitations

  • Styled By Scripture is not responsible for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer. We encourage reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

  • In cases of unsuccessful delivery, customers may opt for a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

  • For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches applies. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects.
